This morning, the mailman personally handed me an envelope (as I was coincidentally in the garage when he arrived), which I automatically thought was another payable because I recognized the HSBC-ness of the envelope. To my very pleasant surprise, it was the pick-up vouchers for my SM and Rustan’s gift certificates from my HSBC credit card points
