Meeting a financial planner further illuminated my Path to RICHES

As mentioned in my previous posts, one of my goals is really to learn more on how to handle my money…yes, I do want to be rich to put it bluntly. This I realized later in my life, like this year only. So I do want to fasttrack a bit.

Last week, a good friend scheduled a meeting with a financial planner, who shared with us her knowledge and learnings…without selling us anything outright (which was most appreciated). A lot of things struck me, making me think…maybe even bothering me about the state of my personal finances.

Thinking Rich right NOW!

Last night, I had the privilege of meeting one of the forerunners of wealth creation in the country, Larry Gamboa. His book, Think Rick Pinoy, is the adaptation of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad into the Philippine setting. His story (along with his franchisee, Eden, and his son Victor’s stories) proves that one can really get rich in this country.

Think Rich Pinoy’s focus is on making money on real estate foreclosures. But, as they share their stories, I’ve seen how they have expanded into the internet and information transfer (a.k.a. education) as well, which I think is really wais. I really admire him that at such a prime age, he still continues to learn and adapt very quickly. This is I think is what makes him real successful.
